Terms and Conditions

  1. All hire charges start from the Kensington & Chelsea area.
  2. All as directed hire charges are rounded up to the nearest 30 minutes.
  3. Cancellations must be made before the time the job would be dispatched to the driver(usually 2 hours prior to pick up) according to the collection point otherwise there will be a charge made for the drivers journey.
  4. There is no charge for cancellations made outside of this time.
  5. Rates are subject to alteration without prior notification.
  6. A surcharge of 50% will be added to the current tariff for services provided on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Eve and until New Years Day midday.
  7. When carrying luggage, all hard cases or boxes etc, must be placed in the boot. Only a reasonable amount of hand luggage may, with the chauffeurs approval, be carried inside the car. In the event where a passenger has an excess of baggage, 'the Company' reserves the right to refuse any luggage or property in the car which in our opinion would result in the vehicle being damaged or unsafe to drive on the road. Also if a larger vehicle is required due to the amount of excess luggage the charges will be according to the vehicle type required.
  8. The Company accepts no responsibility for delays howsoever caused. The chauffeur will choose what is in his opinion the best route to a particular destination according to traffic conditions and will always drive at a reasonable speed accordingly. Should the client chooses a different route then the charge may vary.
  9. The company does not accept any responsibility for personal goods left in the vehicle.
  10. We recommend that you allow the chauffeur to open the car door, as any damage incurred to the door you open (onto a post/other vehicle/passing motorbike/pushbike etc) shall be paid for by the hirer.
  11. Any damage to the vehicle inside or out caused by the client or the clients guests neglectful acts shall be paid for in full, together with loss of earnings if the vehicle has to be removed from the fleet for repair at the current daily hire rate for that vehicle.
  12. Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles.
  13. All hires must be fully paid at the time of the journey unless agreed in advance except where the hirer has a credit account wherein payment is due within 30 days from the date of invoice.
  14. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Switch, American Express, Electron and PayPal(5% card charges will apply).
  15. Account facilities are available for registered UK and international companies and will carry a service charge dependent on amount used a month and VAT will apply on service charge only.
  16. A refund can be made if the service is pre paid and cancelled according to our cancellation terms.
